### USLA Trust Officer Graduates from Cannon Trust School with Honors

Brady Stephens, Trust Officer at USLA, recently completed Cannon Financial Institute's Cannon Trust School program at the University of Notre Dame (with honors) and subsequently earned the prestigious Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.

Cannon Trust School is a nationally respected program known for its rigorous three-part trust and fiduciary services curriculum. The CTFA designation, issued by the American Bankers Association Institute of Certified Bankers, exhibits proficiency in estate planning, taxation, investment management, and fiduciary responsibility.

USLA's Chief Financial Officer and Sr. Trust Officer, Derrick Mathews, said that "Brady is an integral part of our trust family. He is a deep thinker with a keen understanding of complex trust and estate planning concepts, but most importantly, he is a leader who has a heart for helping others." He added that "Brady’s recent achievements reflect his commitment to excellence, which is vital to exceeding our clients’ needs and satisfaction."

Brady is a Greenfield, Indiana native who has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to academic and professional excellence. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Purdue University in May of 2023. Brady joined USLA's Trust Department in 2023 and serves clients in matters related to personal trusts, guardianships, and estate administration. In his spare time, he enjoys playing/watching sports and spending quality time with his family and friends.
