Brian Christie is Union Savings and Loan’s Newest Loan Officer
Union Savings and Loan Association is proud to announce that Brian Christie has been promoted to the position of Loan Officer. Brian is based at USLA’s Main Office at 730 Central Avenue in Connersville.
In his role as Loan Officer, Brian will handle home mortgage financing, home equity lines of credit, refinances, and construction loans for new homes, as well as vehicle loans and personal loans.
Brian has been working for 2 years at USLA as a loan processor, and has a total of 6 years’ experience in the banking industry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana University. He and his wife Gabrielle have 2 children Ellie and Michael. Brian is also a member of the Connersville Rotary Club.
“We are happy to promote Brian to Loan Officer,” says USLA President Melissa Myers. “He is a great addition to our team of lenders, and as a Connersville native, Brian is well-suited to assist local residents with their financing needs.”
USLA Hires Ryan Lathery as Vice President of Lending, 30th St Branch Manager
Union Savings and Loan Association is proud to announce that Ryan Lathery has joined the USLA team as a Vice President of Commercial and Mortgage Lending. He will also serve as the Branch Manager of the Connersville 30th street location.
In his role as VP of Lending, Ryan will handle home mortgage financing, home equity lines of credit, refinances, and construction loans for new homes, as well as commercial lending, business lines of credit, and commercial real estate loans.
Ryan has many years’ experience in banking and lending with First Bank Richmond, US Bank and Chase Bank. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from IU East, and holds a Technical Certificate in Accounting and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech. He and his wife Arika have 4 children and reside in Union County. Ryan is active in the community, volunteering for the Whitewater Valley United Way, the Union County Youth League, and the Union County Schools as a coach and volunteer.

USLA Hires Brandon Bauman as Trust Officer
Union Savings and Loan Association is proud to announce that Brandon Bauman has joined the USLA team as a Trust Officer. Brandon will be based at USLA’s Main Office at 730 Central Avenue in Connersville, serving the Trust needs of customers all over southeastern Indiana and southwestern Ohio.
Brandon will assist with all services provided by USLA’s Trust Department, including Trust & Estate Administration, Investment Management, Guardianships, Charitable & Legacy Gifting, and Succession Planning.
A Franklin County native, Brandon is a graduate of Franklin County High School. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana University East, and a Masters in Business Administration from Anderson College. Brandon is an avid golfer and enjoys meeting new people in the community.
