Online Banking & Bill Pay are free resources for you to be able to handle all of your banking and transaction needs from the comfort of home via the Internet!


Online Banking

Conduct all your financial transactions through our online banking portal. We have partnered with Fiserv to bring you the best and latest subscriber authentication, firewall and encryption technologies to provide you the most secure online environment.

If you already have an account with us, when you’re ready click Enroll to start and complete your enrollment process for Online Banking. With Online Banking set up you will be able to enroll into Online Bill Pay. After you finish enrolling in both Online Banking and Online Bill Pay you will have full access for both of these services after signing in once.

Login” to your account to start your convenient banking experience.

For the enrollment process for Online Banking, you will need:

  • To review the Online Banking Terms and Conditions Agreement
  • Your Social Security number
  • Your Account Number (Enter only one of your account numbers for enrollment to access all of your accounts.)
  • Your e-mail address where you want us to send any banking related messages
  • To provide answers to a series of challenge questions
  • To decide whether or not to register your computer

Online Bill Pay

Signing up for Online Bill Pay is easy:

  • To verify your e-mail address from your Online Banking enrollment process
  • To accept the Terms and Conditions Agreement
  • To verify and complete your customer information

During the Online Bill Pay enrollment process, CheckFree verifies your customer information with a consumer credit reporting agency for your security and protection. This verification process does not affect your credit report or credit rating. During this verification process, you will be asked several questions to help verify your identity. These questions are based on the information contained in your credit report. Answering these questions further protects you from fraud and identity theft.

Mobile Banking

Union Savings and Loan is proud to offer Mobile Banking for our customers!


The USLA app download and Mobile Banking service are FREE, and includes features like:

  • Accounts: Displays all accounts with Mobile Banking access
  • Tap on any account to view account history
  • Bill Pay: FREE!
  • Transfers: Transfer funds between your USLA accounts or other external accounts
  • Messages: Displays any account balance alerts or notifications
  • Text Banking: Get balances, transfer funds, and get alerts via text messaging.
    (Activate in your online banking session.)
  • Mobile Deposit

Current online banking customers can log in to Mobile Banking with your current credentials.
